This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and procedures under which the website operator ("Website operator", "us", "we" or "our") processes order cancellations, returns, and refunds requested by you ("User", "you" or "your").

1. Return Window and Eligibility

  • 15-Day Limit: You have up to 15 days from the exact date of purchase to request a return or exchange for any product. Requests made after this 15-day window will not be accepted.
  • 30-Day Limit: You have up to 30 days from the exact date of purchase to request a return or exchange for only defective items.
  • Product State: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its initial, unaltered condition, showing no signs of wear, tear, usage, or assembly.
  • Packaging Requirement: Items must be returned sealed and securely packed in their original packaging. Shipping couriers reserve the right to reject items that are not properly packed or sealed.

2. Mandatory Quality Inspection

We prioritize delivering pristine home furnishings. Consequently, all returned items must undergo a physical inspection before any refund is authorized.

  • Upon receiving the returned item at our facility, our Quality Department will examine the product within 5 working days.
  • This review ensures the product matches its original state and contains no deficiencies caused by misuse.

3. Refund Structures & Deductions

The financial breakdown of your refund depends strictly on the condition of the item received:

Scenario A: Faulty or Defective Items

If our Quality Department verifies that the product was delivered with a manufacturing defect, error, or wrong specification:

  • You will receive a Full (100%) Refund.
  • No shipping fees or administrative processing fees will be deducted.

Scenario B: Change of Mind / Standard Returns

If you wish to return an item that is fully functional and free of defects (e.g., changing your mind, sizing choices, or style alterations):

  • Shipping Fees: The cost of both the initial delivery and the return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Payment Gateway Fee: A 2% card processing fee will be deducted from the initial price if the original transaction was completed via a credit/debit card.

4. Refund Payout Channels

To maintain secure and rapid financial processing, all approved cash refunds are issued exclusively through IPN Transfers (InstaPay). We do not issue cash-in-hand refunds through couriers.

5. How to Initiate a Return

If your product matches the compliance criteria listed above, please contact our Customer Service team via whatsapp. They will log your request within our system, request verification photos of the item's current state, and arrange for our authorized shipping company to collect the package from your address.

If an item is sent back to us and fails our Quality Department's inspection parameters, the return will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
